While the OM course focuses on improving processes and efficiency, the leadership course builds the skills needed to guide teams, make strategic decisions, and drive change. Combined, they help participants lead more effectively and implement operational improvements successfully. This leadership course will help employees understand the different traits and qualities that contribute to effective leadership. It explores why some individuals naturally take on leadership roles, while others may find it more challenging. The course also emphasises that, while some people may have natural leadership abilities, leadership skills can still be learned and developed by anyone with the right mindset and training.
